This is a very common question, but it has no general answer. I'd say it depends on the gig itself, some designs take a lot of time to design and develop. Although i'm good at all the technologies I use, some technologies demand more time to work on a particular design as compared to others.
The client states his/her budget then we discuss the price according to the client demands and the design he or she wants.
